At Sandpit Photos, we pride ourselves on our team of talented and creative photographers. This young team has been selected for their childcare experience, passion for portrait photography, and most importantly, their ability to relate to children of this age group. Our teams number one goal is to produce natural, relaxed portraits in a fun atmosphere. That simple!. This attitude and skill is key to a product that is incomparable in today's market. All our staff have been carefully screened to ensure a professional attitude towards your centre staff, parents and most importantly, the children. We know the importance of a smooth running photo day and aim to work closely with everyone involved to help make this event fun for everyone.

We are always on the lookout for upcoming photographers who have portrait photography experience or have a passion for photography and are keen to learn. Sandpit Photos is a working franchise which means if we haven't got a business setup in your area, chances are we will soon. We are happy to take applications from any area across Australia. Meet the Team

Aaron (Northern Beaches) is one of our most experienced photographers, shooting for Sandpit since 2005 " Working for Sandpit has been fantastic over the years. I still love shooting every little grin as much today as I did when I started. Only difference is I now know what I'm doing."

Lucy (Central Coast) As a child, I often thought that being a photographer would be my dream job. I never thought that dream would become a reality. After starting my own family I shot for Sydney's Taronga Zoo and then accepted a job with Sandpit Photos. Five years later, I am still loving my job. I love that each new day brings something different, and every child has something unique to share.

Michelle (Canberra) Photography has been my passion since I was young and capturing children and their cheeky ways is one of the best aspects of it. After starting a Wedding/Portrait business in 2010, I was offered the opportunity to work with Sandpit Photos. As a mother to two young children I jumped at the chance to give other parents memories of their children's experiences as they grow."

Sarah (Northern Beaches) is one of our most familiar faces, shooting for Sandpit Photos since 2005 "I do lots of different types of photography, but my favourite is still children's photography. I love being around the kids as they are so much fun and have such a beautiful way of looking at the world, and I love the images that come from this.

Maxine (N/W Sydney) After her first year as a Sandpit Photos photographer, Maxine is about to embark on a brand new area in North West Sydney with new franchisee Julie. "I completed my course at the Photography Tafe at Nepean in 2009 but I think I've learnt so much more from my last 8 months with Sandpit. My photography has improved out of site thanks to all the little angels we shoot"

Paul (Northern Beaches) "I feel a real connection with people and especially children - helped no doubt by experiencing the pure joy of raising my beautiful 2 year old daughter Bodhi. I feel so lucky to be able to wake up each day and do what I love and have such fun with all the kids."

Hannah (Canberra) I was always known as being obsessed with taking photos from Primary School to High School and then College, and now It is what I do. It was an obsession that grew into a profession!
I started my own business last year doing all aspects of photography, including models, families, events, weddings and bands. The same year I was offered a position with Sandpit and couldn't resist the offer!

Sam (Northern Beaches) has been a portrait photographer for more than 9 years. "I still enjoy what I do and get great satisfaction from hearing parents say how fantastic the photographs of their kids are."

Jess (Northern Beaches) taking photos of children has always been one of my strong interests. I enjoy every aspect of photography, the creativity and capturing that smile and seeing each individual personality from within shine through! I love working with the children its so rewarding.
